Terms of service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form the legal basis of the relationship between the user (hereinafter “User” or “Customer”) and the provider (hereinafter “we”, “our” or “the Provider”). They apply to the use of this website as well as to all contracts and legal relationships relating to the products and services offered.

Unless otherwise stated, these Terms apply equally to consumers and business customers. Definitions of specific terms are provided in the relevant sections.

1. Scope and Subject Matter

1.1 These Terms apply to all contracts concluded via this website and to the use of any services or content made available here.

1.2 Any terms proposed by the User that deviate from these Terms will not be accepted unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the Provider.

1.3 The version of the Terms valid at the time the contract is concluded shall apply. These Terms also govern future transactions without the need for repeated reference.

2. Use of the Website and Content

  • Partial or complete restriction of access to the website or specific features

  • Immediate termination of contracts

  • Reporting of unlawful conduct to competent authorities

3. Terms of Sale

3.1 Product Information

All prices, product descriptions, and availability details are listed on the website and may change without prior notice. Images and color representations are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute binding product specifications.

3.2 Placing an Order

By submitting an order, the User makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The User agrees to pay the full amount stated, including any applicable taxes and fees. Users are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for order fulfillment. An order confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt.

3.3 Payment

All payments are processed via external payment service providers. We do not store or access full payment details (e.g., credit card numbers). If a payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel the order and may charge for resulting costs.

3.4 Retention of Title

Products remain the property of the Provider until payment has been made in full.

3.5 Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the User. Customers are required to inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage or discrepancies immediately. If there is visible transport damage, delivery may be refused.

3.6 Failed Delivery

We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or refusal to accept the package. If a shipment is returned to us, we will only re-ship after consultation with the User, who may be required to cover additional delivery costs from the second attempt onward.

4. User Rights

4.1 Right of Withdrawal

Unless statutory exceptions apply, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

4.2 Applicability

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers within the scope of EU regulations. Business customers and users outside this jurisdiction are excluded. UK users are subject to local regulations.

4.3 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal must be declared by an unambiguous statement to the Provider. Sending the withdrawal notice within the 14-day period is sufficient. A withdrawal form is provided but not mandatory.

4.4 Withdrawal Period

For physical goods, the 14-day period begins when the User or an authorized person receives the product. In the case of partial shipments, the period begins upon receipt of the final item.

4.5 Effects of Withdrawal

Upon valid withdrawal, all payments including standard shipping costs will be refunded. Additional shipping fees for premium services are not reimbursed. Refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

4.6 Return of Goods

Products must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal at the User’s expense. The User may be liable for any diminished value due to improper handling. Refunds may be withheld until goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

5.1 Statutory Warranty

Consumers are entitled to a two-year statutory warranty beginning with delivery. The Provider warrants that goods comply with legal standards.

5.2 Country-Specific Terms

Residents of other jurisdictions may benefit from additional rights under their respective national laws.

5.3 UK Consumer Rights

UK customers are entitled to products that match the agreed description and specifications.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages. This does not apply to cases involving injury to life, body, or health, or where intentional or gross negligence is proven.

6.2 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Provider and its affiliates harmless from any claims by third parties arising from a breach of these Terms or other obligations.

7. General Provisions

7.1 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision.

7.2 Service Interruptions

We reserve the right to restrict access temporarily for maintenance or due to force majeure. Users will be informed in advance where possible.

7.3 Unauthorized Use

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our services without explicit written consent is prohibited.

7.4 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the sole property of the Provider or its licensors.

7.5 Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Users who object may terminate the agreement.

7.6 Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations to third parties. Users may only transfer rights with written consent.

7.7 Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. A legally valid provision with similar intent shall replace the invalid one.

7.8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Provider’s domicile shall apply, provided no mandatory consumer protections conflict. For Swiss users, Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the Provider’s registered location unless consumer-specific legal provisions apply in the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland.
